How to order: When you find something you like, just click on "Add to Cart" and enter the requested information in the secure Shopping Cart. Most orders are shipped within 3 or 4 business days, and then please allow for the "in-transit" time of the freight carrier.
Your Privacy: All information you provide to our TradingStories.com Yahoo! Store is kept CONFIDENTIAL. We do NOT exchange our customer list with anyone, nor do we give out information about our customers.
Our TradingStories.com Guarantee: We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. If any item purchased from us proves defective or dissatisfactory, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt in its original condition with a copy of your receipt and we will either replace the item or refund the price of the item (excluding freight), whichever you wish.
Shipping Methods and Charges:
Domestic Ground Shipping for orders that do not include Oversize Items: $8.95 for any dollar amount order, to all lower 48 states, WILL appear in your online Shopping Cart.
We use US Priority Mail, for speedy 2-4 day transit (including Saturday delivery) for orders up to 2 pounds, and FedEx Ground for heavier orders. Each of these services have proven to be very reliable and cost effective. Packages shipped to AK and HI will incurr additional shipping cost, which will be added to your invoice. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
Orders with Oversize Items: Very Important: Shipping Costs for orders with Oversize Items WILL NOT appear in your online Shopping Cart. They WILL be added to your final invoice total. Orders including items designated as Oversized on their item page do not ship for our standard $8.95 surface rate. You must select "Oversize Item(s)" as your shipping method. We will add the exact cost incurred for these shipments. These shipments can only go to the lower 48 states and must ship via surface freight.

If Air Shipping is required, you may call or email us (see info above) for a quotation of the shipping charges that will be ADDED to your merchandise total at the time of final invoicing. This amount will NOT appear in the Yahoo! Order Confirmation Email you receive shortly after ordering because we must first pack and weigh your shipment. Although we offer all FedEx Express services (Overnight, 2Day, 3Day) or US Express Mail (1-2 Day), our products vary greatly in size and weight and we prefer to have you authorize the added cost (which can be extremely high) before we charge your credit card and ship your order. If you select Air Shipping and we do not hear from you about the cost, we will in most instances email or call you for authorization. This communication also allows us to inform you of any possible delays expected in obtaining your items from the Authentic Models warehouse should we not already have them in our stock.
If you're authorized to charge to your Business FedEx Account Number, feel free to provide it to us in the "COMMENTS" field of the Shopping Cart. Additionally, when in an extreme rush for your order to arrive, you may tell us in the "COMMENTS" field that you authorize a specified method of Air Shipping regardless of the cost that you will incur.
Please note that because we are located in Oregon, 2Day or 3Day FedEx Air services are not recommended for destinations in Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Northern California because Ground Shipping will usually achieve the same results for far less cost.
Foreign Shipping: Very Important: International Shipping Costs WILL NOT appear in your online Shopping Cart. They WILL be added to your final invoice total.
Our Yahoo! Store will accept orders for shipment to many foriegn countries, however, we will calculate freight charges to be added to your merchandise total and email you for your approval before charging your card or shipping your order. Please select the shipping method: "Foreign-Exact freight added." Also, please be advised that delays or fees incurred at Customs as the shipment enters your country are at your expense and are totally beyond our control.
If you're authorized to charge to your Business FedEx Account Number, feel free to provide it to us in the "COMMENTS" field of the Shopping Cart. Also, please specify if you want International FedEx Priority or International FedEx Economy service.
